On Sunday, February 15, 2026, Dr. Ali Dolamari, the Representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) to France, along with an accompanying delegation, visited the College of Languages. They were welcomed by the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Saman Omar Hussein, and the leadership of the French Department.
The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the French Language Department and to establish academic and scientific cooperation. Furthermore, His Excellency reaffirmed his commitment to supporting and assisting the department by helping provide lecturers, educational materials, and scientific trips for students to universities in France.
