As part of our commitment to Sustainable Development Goals of promoting peace, justice, and strong institutions, this session on university governance, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Barzan Jaafar and Ms. Birnda Abdulla , aims to empower teaching staff at the College of Languages with the knowledge and tools necessary to uphold transparency, accountability, and inclusive decision-making in academic environments. Through constructive dialogue and practical measures, the session will highlight the vital role educators play in fostering ethical practices, ensuring institutional integrity, and cultivating a culture of trust and respect within the university community.
وەک بەشێک لە پابەندبوونمان بە ئامانجەکانی پەرەپێدانی بەردەوام کە بریتییە لە بەرەوپێشبردنی ئاشتی، دادپەروەری و دامەزراوە بەهێزەکان، ئەم کۆڕە تایبەت بوو بە بەڕێوەبردنی زانکۆ بە سەرپەرشتی پرۆفیسۆری یاریدەدەر دکتۆر برزان جەعفەر و خاتوو بیرندا عەبدوڵڵا ، ئامانج لێی بەهێزکردنی ستافی وانەبێژی کۆلێژی زمانە بە زانیاری و ئامرازی پێویست بۆ پاراستنی شەفافییەت و بەرپرسیارێتی و بڕیاردانی گشتگیر لە ژینگەی ئەکادیمی. لە ڕێگەی دیالۆگی بنیاتنەر و ڕێوشوێنی کرداری، کۆبوونەوەکە تیشکى خستە سەر ڕۆڵی گرنگی پەروەردەکاران لە پەرەپێدانی کردارە ئەخلاقییەکان، دەستەبەرکردنی دەستپاکی دامەزراوەیی و گەشەپێدانی کەلتووری متمانە و ڕێز لەناو کۆمەڵگەی زانکۆدا.
